Use AgentBrains RAG retrieval directly inside Zapier. When a Zap needs to answer a broad question, summarize product documentation, search manuals, or gather company-specific context, the Retrieve Documents from RAG action searches your selected AgentBrains index and returns the most relevant text results. You can select from available RAG indexes using a dropdown, including your core document index and any custom indexes configured in AgentBrains.

Categories & Category Types
AgentBrains categories help organize your knowledge base into usable groups. The Zapier integration includes actions for listing categories, retrieving a single category, and listing category groups by type.
Images & Attachments
Use Get an image when you already know the attachment or image ID. This is the recommended alternative to listing all attachments. Some attachment collections can be large, so the safer workflow is: Retrieve Images from RAG → Get an image This keeps Zapier output clean and avoids unnecessary large payloads.
Employee Configuration
The Get Employee Configuration action retrieves an AgentBrains employee configuration by employee ID. Employee selection is powered by a dropdown, so Zap builders do not need to copy employee IDs manually.

Inbox Support Assistant
A dedicated inbox handles inbound support questions end to end. An OpenAI step rewrites the question into a clean search query, Retrieve Text from RAG and Retrieve Images from RAG pull grounded context, and a second OpenAI call drafts the reply. When it flags a relevant image, the scenario calls Get an image to resolve the exact attachment before sending the response back by email.
Product Catalog Enrichment
A deterministic, no-AI workflow for keeping product records accurate. A new or updated row in Google Sheets triggers a lookup by SKU, category, or search term using Get Many Entities and Get an Entity, and the matching image is resolved with Get an image before the row is written back with enriched fields.
